Cathy Maddison

As the Head of Production, Cathy oversees both the program management and the logistics teams in delivering high quality In-Market programs globally. She has overall responsiblity for the day to day management of all client engagements and engages with strategic partners in ensuring the desired learning outcomes are achieved.

In her previous role as Head of Logistics, Cathy spearheaded the detailed event planning for all Immersion Lab programs.  She had oversight for project management, vendor management, event management, logistics, research, production management and administration services. She has developed an extensive global vendor network with particular capabilities in Brazil, South Africa, South America, China, India, Europe and the United Kingdom. 

Cathy joined The Immersion Lab in 2005.  Previously she held a number of senior positions in Human Resources and H.R Administration in both the United Kingdom and South Africa.

Born and educated in Johannesburg, she moved to the U.K. in 2000 and recently emigrated to Canada in 2011 where she is based just outside of Toronto.  She has a B.A. from the University of South Africa and a B.Tech. in H.R. Administration.
