Glynnis Rengger is Co-founder and Managing Director of The Immersion Lab, a company dedicated to creating high impact learning experiences for senior and high-potential executives in global corporations.  

Her expertise lies in designing and delivering custom crafted in-market programs where senior executives exchange ideas on strategic business topics with thought leaders and expert practitioners in a selected global region.  Highly transformational in nature, these programs contribute to new thinking on complex business challenges as well as significantly revitalizing executive teams.  Termed “the business school of the real world” Immersion Lab In-Market programs are often integrated with company-run leadership development programs or stand alone as highly effective strategic think-tanks.  The Immersion Lab has set up and run over 150 In-Market programs in 29 countries.

Glynnis has worked with clients in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Beverages, Telecommunications and Government.

Born and educated in Johannesburg, she emigrated to Canada in 1989 and is now based in Toronto, Canada. A committed expatriate, she is dedicated to working alongside progressive organizations as they develop leadership capability and world-best practices.
