Formerly CEO of the Banking Sector Education and Training Authority (BANKSETA) in South Africa, Frank is a strategy development and Human Resource specialist with extensive experience in banking and the public sector. Having spent 19 years in the banking industry, he made the transition to the Public Sector in 2000 to take up the position of Chief Executive Officer of the BANKSETA where he is regularly credited with setting up and running one of the country’s foremost and best practice SETAs. He is currently self-employed, focusing his energy on areas as diverse as Strategy Facilitation and Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Project Management, Business analysis, and Business Recovery and Restructuring. He is a highly respected professional, well known for his ability to develop and implement creative and complex solutions that addresses business and social problems. Frank’s personal Integrity, strategic thinking ability, achievement / results orientation, resilience, and diplomacy skills allows him to operate effectively in diverse and complex environments in all walks of society. His relentless focus on leadership development and the uplifting of people from previously disadvantaged backgrounds were recognized when in June 2007 he was awarded the International Leadership Award by Planet Africa in Canada.
