Glynnis Rengger
Glynnis Rengger is The Immersion Lab's co-founder and Managing Director. Her expertise lies in conceptualising and designing programs to accelerate leadership development in organizations committed to great business practices, through customized, innovative, experiential learning. Glynnis has worked with clients covering the Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Publishing and Telecommunications sectors, as well as government and consulting organizations. Glynnis describes her unique ability as being "to innovatively apply [her] knowledge and world view in mobilizing diversity of thought, opinion and experience to transform ideas and solutions". Born and educated in Johannesburg, Glynnis immigrated to Canada in 1989 and is now based in Toronto, Canada. A committed expatriate, she is dedicated to working alongside progressive organizations as they develop leadership capability and world-best practices.

- Bursting with creativity, spunk and indefatigable energy, Glynnis pretty much embodies everything we stand for: no-nonsense transparent work ethic, an almost obsessive compulsive attention to detail and a remarkable capacity to have fun while producing astounding solutions for clients seeking comprehensive, incisive leadership learning. Her passion for perfection (critics call it impatience) has given the rest of us dynamo drive and a relentless commitment to excel with every program and every Lab that we organise. Besides, it's also given us very exotic South African lilt to our accents. We can't complain.
