A socially responsible and environmentally friendly female-owned business we have three full time associates, one based in the United Kingdom. The Immersion Lab is also present in Latin America, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and headed up by Mauricio Godinho. Anne Sayers in Johannesburg minds the bulk of our African business. Mauricio Godinho
Mauricio Godinho is Managing Director of Immersion Lab Latin America and has set up and facilitated international Study Programs for Latin America. He is also the Managing Director of The GIC group, a strategic consulting firm that designs IT solutions for the consumer goods sector. Mauricio's skill lies in identifying, customising and actioning best practice business models and innovation plans to achieve strategic targets for niche business - a skill he acquired as Strategic Planner for Group Pao de Acucar (the biggest retail company in Latin America) and for Unilever.
He started his career in Management Consulting at Price Waterhouse Coopers applying consumer insights to strategic marketing issues and developing brand building models for Fortune 500 companies. Born and educated as an Industrial Engineer in Brazil, Mauricio is based out of Sao Paulo.
- Mauricio is the consummate Brazilian - sprightly, bounding with energy, charming and always rearing to go. Mauricio's zeal, confidence and his "can-do" attitude is remarkable. Mixing stubborn ambition with intelligent thinking and creativity, he has earned audiences with the highest echelons of corporate strata and produced fabulous programs every time. His capacity to spot opportunity and convert idea to action is remarkable and makes him an excellent asset to our team.
