Glynnis' Thoughts
Lia Moran has been associated with The Immersion Lab since 2006 and has made a major contribution setting up and managing some of the company's largest client engagements.
As Program Manager for the much recognized International Leadership Development Program for the South African Wholesale and Retail sector, she demonstrated the versatility of her skills where she played a foundational role in designing, setting up and managing this highly complex and intensive experiential learning program. She is known for the excellent and long-term relationships she forms with all Immersion Lab stakeholders – clients, learners, external partners and associates. She has experience across a broad and diverse range of Immersion Lab programs from one-day in- market sessions to investments and business study missions.
Lia is an entrepreneur and is the founder and CEO of Two Elevens Group, which delivers organizational support services to experiential learning experts. She has been recognized by The Canadian Society for Training and Development for her contributions to an employee orientation training program for Roger’s Communications, Canada’s leading telecommunications company.
Lia studied Humanities at the University of the Philippines and Organizational Development at the De La Salle University. She also attended George Brown College for Human Resources Management.
She is active in the Toronto community where she is based and is a competitive dragon boat paddler.
