Our Process

In-Market programs typically include:

A Business Challenge / In-Market assignment:  Teams are assigned a theme or business challenge tightly aligned to the overall learning objectives.

Participant Preparation:  Facilitators and participants are briefed on purpose and outcomes and given time to align their expectations and share their individual experiences and insights on the team’s topic.

In-Market program:  Each team conducts their In-Market meetings with organizations pre-selected for their ability to provide insights on the team’s theme and assignment.   After each meeting the team has a structured reflection to capture the key insights.

Debrief and presentation of findings:  Each team presents their point of view and recommendations in an interactive exchange with the full group and invited senior leaders from the business.
