Bateleur Leadership Development

Bateleur Leadership Development works with clients to build leadership capacity through the use of Business Driven Action Learning (BDAL). John Thompson is the Director of Bateleur Leadership Development (Pty) Ltd. He has presented papers on BDAL and his research work and published locally and internationally. He has spent 17 years in financial services in a variety of HR and HR Development roles at the Standard Bank. John's clients have included the BANKSETA, Vodakom, Standard Bank and SAB.
